This third milestone consists of delivering the base vehicle model with parametrization for flexible powertrain sizing and design as part of WP2, the definition of the vehicle concepts in WP4 and WP5 and vehicle system specification as part of WP3.
The simulation framework will be used in early phases to aid in the sizing of components for the demonstrator vehicles by supporting the engineering decisions. The framework will also use connected information in a later phase to develop the advanced energy and thermal management strategies to be implemented and tested in the demonstrators. In that regard, the definitions of the vehicle concepts and their technical specifications are necessary in order to be able to parametrize and set-up the base vehicle model and are included in the same milestone.
